Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to the hotel’s rigorous standards and schedule.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, stationery, and complimentary items.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Manage laundry, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
