Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring all hotel standards for cleanliness and presentation are met or exceeded.
- Change and replace all bed linens, towels, and other soft furnishings according to established procedures and schedules.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities such as toiletries, stationery, and complimentary beverages.
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, ensuring they are consistently spotless and inviting.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the appropriate department.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and waste disposal procedures.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as required.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities, reporting stock levels and ordering needs to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
