Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Inspect rooms for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor for resolution.
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as lobbies, hallways, and common restrooms, ensuring they are always presentable.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Manage and organize linen trolleys, ensuring they are fully stocked and well-maintained.
- Report and turn in any lost and found items to the designated department.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Previous experience (at least 6 months) as a Housekeeper in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
