Job Description
Mokhotlong Hotel is actively seeking a meticulous, dedicated, and energetic Hotel Housekeeper to join our passionate team in Ha Popa, Mokhotlong. As a vital member of our hotel family, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest room and all public areas of our esteemed hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas to hotel standards.
- Change and replenish linen, towels, and guest supplies according to established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or public areas promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and hotel policies.
- Manage and organize housekeeping cart and storage areas, ensuring proper inventory of supplies.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linen, as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
