Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, linens) according to hotel standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or public areas promptly.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, as required.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including supervisors, front desk, and maintenance staff.
- Maintain an organized and tidy housekeeping cart and storage areas.
