Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
- Ensure all hotel linen is managed efficiently, including changing and transporting to laundry areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and common restrooms.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role, preferably within a hotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as required for cleaning duties.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills in English.
