Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors in rooms and hallways.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces meticulously.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, notifying supervisor when replenishment is needed.
