Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, hallways, and lobby as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items in rooms to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner, responding to requests or directing them to appropriate staff.
- Monitor and manage laundry supplies and inventory as required.
