Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to hotel standards.
- Change linens and make beds neatly, ensuring fresh and crisp presentation.
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and complimentary items.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures thoroughly.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport dirty laundry to designated areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and bend repeatedly.
