Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
  • Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee, etc.).
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and hygienic.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Inspect and report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel common areas, hallways, and stairwells.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
  • Manage laundry duties for linens and towels as required.
  • Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner when necessary.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hotel setting.
