Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee, etc.).
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and hygienic.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Inspect and report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel common areas, hallways, and stairwells.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties for linens and towels as required.
- Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner when necessary.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hotel setting.
