Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and hygienic.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., faulty lights, leaks, broken fixtures) and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and housekeeping carts at all times.
