Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas daily according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are consistently clean and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items immediately to the supervisor or relevant department.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Properly sort, store, and manage laundry and cleaning supplies, ensuring inventory is well-maintained.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and other hotel departments to foster a cohesive environment.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special tasks as assigned by the housekeeping management.
Required Skills
