Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and thorough Hotel Housekeeping Attendant to join the team at one of our prestigious partner hotels located in the vibrant Eko Atlantic, Victoria Island. This full-time role offers an exceptional opportunity for an individual passionate about maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest comfort within a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance needs and report any damages or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure all linen and towels are changed and fresh supplies are readily available.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
  • Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests, such as extra towels or additional services.
  • Report lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and guest privacy.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in hospitality or housekeeping management.
