Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock all room amenities according to hotel guidelines.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and inspected within the allotted time frame.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or public areas promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through a helpful and respectful attitude.
Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
