Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, emptying waste bins, and sanitizing bathrooms, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as per hotel standards and guest requirements.
  • Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms.
  • Handle and store cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including those pertaining to guest privacy and security.
  • Interact politely and professionally with guests when necessary, responding to requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically as scheduled or instructed.
