Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas (e.g., lobbies, hallways, restrooms) to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Replenish guest room amenities, such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and drinking glasses.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated collection areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods
