Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites in accordance with established hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (e.g., towels, soap, shampoo).
  • Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
  • Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
