Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites in accordance with established hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (e.g., towels, soap, shampoo).
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
