Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, minibar items).
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens to the laundry area.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items within guest rooms or public spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet guest expectations and operational deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as required for the role.
