Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering comprehensive training sessions for new and existing housekeeping staff.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of cleaning techniques, bed making, and room setup.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Support the development and update of training materials, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all housekeeping staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including COSHH.
