Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, conference rooms) to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and disinfect all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities as per hotel standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and other guest essentials.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and ensure proper storage.
- Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a polite and helpful manner, directing them to appropriate staff members when necessary.
- Work cooperatively with other hotel staff, including front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
