Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including washing, chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and hand wash kitchenware as required.
