Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to rooms or vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of the hotel lobby, common areas, and entrance at all times.
- Provide accurate information and directions regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services with a helpful attitude.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, demonstrating a keen sense of hospitality and initiative.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Monitor lobby activity to ensure guest safety and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to security personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with concierge, front desk, and bell staff to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a secure and high-quality environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable appearance appropriate for a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with a diverse guest base.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move luggage (up to 25 kg) comfortably and safely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a hotel, resort, or luxury customer service role.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems (e.g., Opera PMS) for basic inquiry handling.
- A diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
