Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors in the lobby and common areas.
  • Dust and wipe down all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items to ensure a spotless appearance.
  • Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, and reception counters regularly.
  • Empty waste bins and replace liners throughout the lobby and public restrooms.
  • Clean glass windows and doors to ensure they are streak-free and sparkling.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of public restrooms accessible from the lobby, including replenishing supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor immediately.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Interact with guests and other hotel staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support other cleaning duties as required to maintain overall hotel cleanliness standards.
