Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen appliances.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct general repairs and upkeep of the hotel's infrastructure, including painting, carpentry, and minor construction.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, repair faulty wiring, replace fixtures, and ensure all electrical systems meet safety standards.
- Address plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs, ensuring efficient water flow throughout the property.
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal guest comfort.
