Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
  • Support the Front Office team, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Learn and apply best practices in housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management to uphold brand standards.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance operational knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Monitor guest feedback and contribute to strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in managing inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Support in administrative tasks, reporting, and basic financial reconciliation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the hotel's reputation for excellent service.
