Key Responsibilities

- Implement innovative marketing and sales initiatives to attract new business and retain existing clientele.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee property maintenance and renovations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Act as the primary liaison between hotel staff, ownership, and corporate stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
