Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily audit of all guest accounts, charges, and credits, ensuring accuracy and balance.
- Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and direct billing transactions.
- Prepare and distribute daily management reports, including occupancy, revenue, and daily activities.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during night hours.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle all incoming calls and reservations, directing them appropriately.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine property walks to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
- Act as a manager-on-duty in emergencies, following established protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong mathematical and auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), e.g., Opera, Fosse, OnQ.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic for night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
