Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, analyze revenue and expenditure, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations and company standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
- Proven track record in managing multiple hotel departments and large teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
