Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area diligently to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules and regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the swimming pool, deck, and surrounding facilities, including skimming, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
- Conduct regular checks of water quality (pH, chlorine levels) and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal conditions.
- Assist guests with pool-related needs, such as providing towels, seating arrangements, and answering inquiries courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns immediately to the management.
- Perform basic first aid and emergency procedures as needed, and be prepared to respond to any aquatic emergencies.
- Organize and store pool equipment and accessories properly at the end of each shift.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure the pool area is well-stocked with towels and other amenities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
