Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, handling luggage and personal items with utmost care and efficiency.
- Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring accurate delivery, collection, and proper storage.
- Provide clear and concise information and directions about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and services available in Clydebank and Glasgow.
- Proactively assist guests with general inquiries, special requests, and any immediate needs to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and inviting atmosphere of the hotel lobby, entrance, and other public areas at all times.
- Offer support to the concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and other departments with various operational tasks as required, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage and store luggage in designated, secure areas, maintaining an organised and systematic approach.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, conference facilities, or special events, ensuring timely and professional execution.
- Operate and maintain hotel vehicles (if applicable and licensed) for guest transport or errands, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, comprehensive safety procedures, and stringent security protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being.

- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage repeatedly and safely.
