Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently and safely assist guests with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, and transporting to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities, services, operating hours, and local attractions or directions.

- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, such as booking taxis, shuttles, or providing public transport guidance.
