Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling.
  • Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring items are handled with care.
  • Provide information and directions to guests regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Assist guests with various requests, including arranging taxis, storing luggage, and delivering messages or items to rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Support the front desk and concierge teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel services, events, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
  • Adhere to all hotel security and safety procedures, reporting any suspicious activities.
  • Assist with package deliveries and internal material transfers within the hotel.
