Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage and process reservations accurately, including cancellations and modifications.
- Address guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest requests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel products, services, and policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel reception or similar front-facing customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds, Frontdesk Anywhere).
