Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage and organize reservations, confirmations, and guest records.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
  • Support senior reception staff with various administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Uphold hotel security procedures and guest privacy.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
