Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations, using the hotel's property management system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and respond to email inquiries professionally.
  • Process guest payments, manage cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Listen attentively to guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including mail handling and report generation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
