Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Restock room supplies, mini-bars, and amenity items as per hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the given timeframe.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, push, and lift for extended periods.
