Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries daily.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all furniture and fixtures.
- Restock room amenities, minibars, and guest supplies according to established guidelines.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, ensuring proper usage and minimizing waste.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and pull frequently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
