Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down surfaces, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all areas.
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly and consistently.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including showers, toilets, sinks, and floors, and replenish toiletries.
- Replenish all guest room amenities and supplies (e.g., coffee, glasses, notepads).
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked cart with cleaning supplies and linen.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and waste.
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
