Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare hotel rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, following established procedures and checklists.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and stationery.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain a neat and organized cleaning cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk and maintenance teams.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions and professional development initiatives.
Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
