Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms and suites daily according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and complimentary items.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and floors.
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
  • Manage and organize cleaning carts and supplies efficiently.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
  • Participate actively in all provided training and development sessions.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
