Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare hotel rooms and suites daily according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and complimentary items.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and floors.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
- Manage and organize cleaning carts and supplies efficiently.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and professionally.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
- Participate actively in all provided training and development sessions.
Required Skills
