Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels).
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces including mirrors and windows.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport dirty laundry to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in guest rooms or public areas promptly.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned duties within specified timeframes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk and maintenance teams.
