Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform daily cleaning tasks for guest rooms and bathrooms, adhering to established hotel standards and sanitation procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including linen, towels, and amenities, ensuring all items are stocked correctly and aesthetically arranged.
- Make beds neatly and efficiently, following specific hotel guidelines.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.
- Identify and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damaged items in guest rooms to supervisors promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality of guests and hotel information at all times.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
