Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens and towels, make beds, and replenish amenities according to hotel standards.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces including mirrors, windows, and fixtures.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with guests, addressing any requests or concerns efficiently.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use and storage.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties and restocking linen closets as required.
- Handle guest items with care and respect, reporting any lost and found articles.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk, maintenance, and F&B teams.

- Proven ability to clean and maintain rooms to high standards

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Basic communication skills (English)
