Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within specified timeframes.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and toiletries daily.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Restock room amenities, including minibar items, coffee supplies, and guest literature.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
