Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest areas, common areas, back-of-house, and perimeters.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, responding promptly to any suspicious activity or alerts.
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide assistance to guests and staff with security-related concerns or inquiries.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Manage access control for restricted areas and key management.
- Conduct bag and package checks as per hotel policy.
- Assist in maintaining order and crowd control during events or busy periods.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and equipment.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
