Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest floors, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior grounds, to identify and deter security threats.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems diligently, promptly reporting and responding to any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Respond effectively to all security alarms, emergencies, and incidents, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and disturbances, following established procedures.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by guests, visitors, and staff.
