Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, inquiries, and special requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Replenish supplies, amenities, and linen in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant department.
  • Provide attentive and polite customer service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring their comfort.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and operational hygiene regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front office, F&B, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with laundry services, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linen.
  • Support food and beverage teams with setup, service, clearing, and general upkeep of dining areas when required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (e.g., French, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
