Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, inquiries, and special requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Replenish supplies, amenities, and linen in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant department.
- Provide attentive and polite customer service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring their comfort.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and operational hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front office, F&B, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with laundry services, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linen.
- Support food and beverage teams with setup, service, clearing, and general upkeep of dining areas when required.
