Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to hotel standards.
- Support food and beverage operations, including setting up dining areas, serving guests, and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, back-of-house, and storage rooms.
- Monitor and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation for guests as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.
