Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all spa guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage spa bookings, appointments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive information on spa services, treatments, and products.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, manage cash register, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the spa reception area.
- Assist with retail sales of spa products, offering recommendations to guests.
