Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and guide them through the spa experience.
- Accurately schedule and confirm spa appointments (massages, facials, body treatments, etc.) using reservation software.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing detailed information about spa services, promotions, and packages.
- Process payments, manage the cash register, and reconcile daily transactions with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa reception and waiting areas to uphold luxury standards.
- Assist guests with product inquiries and sales, demonstrating a thorough understanding of spa retail offerings.
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Liaise effectively with spa therapists, estheticians, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and replenish spa amenities and supplies at the reception, escalating stock needs as required.
- Educate guests on spa etiquette, safety protocols, and post-treatment care recommendations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service excellence, preferably in a hospitality or luxury environment.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (e.g., Mindbody, SpaSoft, or similar) and POS systems.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Professional and polished appearance with a calm and welcoming demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
